you beat me to it... slightly gutted that its a class 150 but i think im booking a place tomorow (aslong as im not working but only 100 places!!

This is an extension of a normal Taunton-Cardiff service?

It would appear from the timings that that is the case. One assumes that an additional Class 150 will be used from/to Minehead, attaching/detaching at Taunton to the service trains.
