Both correct ... that astonishingly wide footbridge at Gainsborough Central, installed when the train service there was just three trains each way per week, confirming that such improvements can be made and are best made in conjunction with other local improvements (such as a better service!) to take full benefit from the resource already there, and the expenditure that's brought it more up to scratch.
