Maybe to interest to any of our west cornwall contingent.

There is a talk at Falmouth Poly 7th February from 1945 to 2100 on the subject of Railways of West Cornwall before Dr Beeching.

Thank you for this - I have taken the liberty of adding it to our calendar.

I did a double take when I first read the name of the speaker - thought it was David St John Thomas (of publisher David & Charles) - but who sadly died in 2014.  He was a champion of his subject.
