Does anyone know why the 0606 Reading to Shalford is shunted via Reading Spur Jnc to Platforms 4a/b on a Monday but can depart from the non-southern platforms Tuesday - Friday?

I thought the set to form it arrived in the 04.00-05.30 time from London Paddington as an overnight stopper. It always use to leave from Platform 6, I presume there is no service on a Sunday night/Monday morning for this to happen?

No, on all days it's the 03.34 off Paddington.
