Every year, I've posted tongue in cheek stories on 1st April for a bit of fun - "fake news" if you like, even if things like SEWWEB could actually come true (just wait on that one - an idea before its time).

This year, though, a picture - a real one, no funny business. And I look forward to travelling past where this was taken, and meeting up once again with many members, before next April 1st.

Stay safe, everyone

Grahame,where is that Paddington bear?

Err ... Paddington  Grin Grin

I suspect he too may have been on tour when I took the picture which dates from autumn 2018; on the walkway from Paddington main station past Paddington Basin towards the hotel and office complex up there.  On my way to the GWR (Great Western Railway) Stakeholder's meeting.

Used to walk past it - usually behind it if it wasn't being photographed - twice a day on my way to, and from, my office. Now a distant memory ...
