it was a mistake the train didnt call at Maidenhead, hope Jo weren't on it!

Would anyone care to provide a translation of the following extract from FGW▸ (First Great Western) Disruptions:

19:48 London Paddington to Cheltenham Spa due 22:03

So, if the driver forgot to stop at Maidenhead, from the Maidenhead passenger's point of view it didn't stop anywhere.

I meant the passengers planning to join the train at Maidenhead Cheesy

Presumably those getting on at Paddington for Maidenhead got off at Reading to come back.  I hope they weren't charged an excess fare!
