....

Busy couple of days for a number of people ... me included.

It has been a very interesting year writing up entries with projects not running to conclusion quite as planned these last couple of months.   Goodness only knows whether there will be a derth of entries as a result, or if lots of people are sitting bored and home and writing in a glut  Grin

I don't know what the position is right now, Graham, but I predict that there will be the usual deluge as 17 00 tomorrow approaches and, as you say, since people have been sitting at home now for quite a while, there may again be a record number (beating last year, the previous record so far).  We have two in - one more to go in tomorrow.

Many thank to all of you who have submitted entries to this years Community Rail Awards. We've been heartened to see almost 200 entries, which is a fantastic testament to the tenacity of community rail in these unusual times. Shortlisted entrants will be notified early August. Good luck to all who entered!

Good luck everyone!

An excellent effort by all those who have entered this year's Awards.   Nearly 200 entries is fabulous - only a few less than last year's 210 which set the record to date.

I echo what you say, Graham.  Good luck, everyone!
