"Meet the Manager" ... Over today and the weekend (cut off 5 p.m. Sunday 14th), please submit questions for Jason Ness and Samyutha Bala. They will be with us in a classic 'meet the manager' session next Thursday evening (18th June 2020, from 17:00) - answer pre-submitted questions, but then leading on to forum discussions and follow ups over the hour's sessions .
Samyutha Bala is Head of Customer Experience and Jason Ness is Head of Customer Relations.
This sessions has been in the planning for a while, but on something of a backburner and only announced quite late in the day due to the extraordinary times we have been going through. We certainly can't have a team at Milford House, sitting around a table and reacting / helping post answers smoothly, but I am delighted to welcome Sam and Jason as members with their own accounts, and to offer members a chance to put generic questions relating to their positions directly to them. We're also aware that just at the moment, travelling customers are thin on the ground train and we may be looking a little wider than we have on past sessions back to experience already passed, and projected into the future.
Please send me questions via personal message - or to Bobm or to RedSquirrel. I'm noting one or two matters over recent days on the forum, and I'll trawl back through those to ensure we pick up things recently discussed where inputs from Jason and Sam will be really helpful and informative.
