Pigeon Post set to return?

Following on from the news about anti pollution devices being installed on SWR^» stations, is this another 'green' initiative? Returning to a traditional message delivery system?

Ah: that's priceless. Can't say SWR^» 's marking's ineffective if employees are now feeding Wesley Peck, Sandy Seagull's little companion.
