At Marble Arch station this morning (and every morning):
"Thank you for travelling with London Underground, we hope you had a pleasant journey"
If being pushed around on the escalator, having to wait for the third train because it is too busy, almost getting stuck in the doors, smelling the odour of the person I was squashed against and having my private parts rubbed by the folds of the obese person crammed in next to me, then yes, I did have a pleasant journey.
And after leaving Embankment, whilst still in a tunnel (my bold):
"The next station is Charing Cross. Change
here for the Northern Line and National Rail services. Exit
here for the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery."
I'll just jump from the moving train into the tunnel then.
