Well, I'm glad they gave reasons to the Oxford Mail, as I tried twice in that session and the question was avoided....there is more than quoted in the link.

37 cancellations for tomorrow means they haven't yet solved this problem.

Some consecutive services too meaning 90 minutes between trains
