As I've been stuck in work most of Xmas I thought it advisable to take full advantage of GWR (Great Western Railway)'s sale and get advance tickets for £15 travelling between South Wales and London/ Berkshire for Jan, Feb, and March

So I managed to get some great deals but realising I needed to make a few more journeys I am now met with the "Ooops you have encountered an error" message on the missing desk screen. There is still 5 hours left of the sale

***update always read the T&Cs - its limited to 9 journeys***

Can you find out more?

Looking for a London/Cardiff trip on Jan 5th, but got caught by the 17day advance purchase requirement. If I can buy at a ticket office after Jan 2, all is not yet lost

Gwr ticket offices are able to sell as a backup (looks like they predicted website issues)

Website until today for travel 5/1 to 7/3.
Everywhere, Web,  tivket offices etc. from 6/1 to 25/1 for travel 23/1 to 24/3

Why do they have to make such a mess of something that could be so simple?
