Has anyone else noticed the ancient 'stillage' signs on blackboards in the handwritten whitewash style on Platform 6 or is it 8 at Temple Meads ? Also to be almost as pedantic as BNM..... has anyone noticed the large freestanding pink and purple notices at TM(resolve) about the trolleys where EVERY Word Begins With A Capital Letter ?!!!! Pointed It Out To The Duty Station Manager But No Action Taken. Perhaps Someone Would Like To Point It Out At The Meet The Manager Session Today ??

Well, yes. I have noticed the old 'stillage' signs at Bristol Temple Meads. They're on Platform 6. Just the sort of thing, being the pedant that I am, that I notice!

It would be much better for the Queens English if These Posters Could Actually Be Redone With At Least A Semblance Of Punctuation And a Modicum Of  Understanding Of Where Capital Letters Are Used!

At Newquay station, at the entrance by Burger King there is one sign overhead as you enter the platform and cant remember for the life of me what the sign is for, but it has the old Wales & West logo along the bottom.

That sign which is still there says "Station Entrance"

It should also be noted that Newquay was renamed "Newouav" when the FGW (First Great Western) banner was installed on the Station departure boards.
Typical of Contractors.
