I've not travelled on ATW▸ (Arriva Trains Wales (former TOC▸ (Train Operating Company))) trains myself, but my daughter (who has, several times until recently), was rather scathing about them.

Her journeys between Bangor and Newport Gwent (onward to Nailsea & Backwell) were mostly through scenic, beautiful and sometimes spectacular landscapes.

But that was the only good point, apparently.  Roll Eyes

William Huskisson MP▸ (Member of Parliament) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.
