Not only delays but various cancellations too ... seems a mixure of "overrunning engineering works" and "broken down train" reasons - perhaps the overrun was due to an engineering train breaking down?

Not just Bath to Westbury ... Westbury to Swindon too, and I note that the Frome to Paddington train has become a Reading to Paddington train ...
