A warm welcome to the moderator team to Red Squirrel ... joining us to broaden the team as the forum moves forward to a slightly more formalised setup.  I and a number of the other members of the team 'Behind the Counter' have met Red Squirrel a number of times in real life as well as (of course) much more on the forum - love his analysis, his positiveness, his thoughtfulness. Delighted he's agreed to join the moderator team - welcome, RS.
