With the award of finance for the station.

1) Is there a local community group for the station?

2) What improvements would be wellcome?

The two places I would check ...
https://www.railfuture.org.uk/display1638

And ACoRP (Association of Community Rail Partnerships) - looking for a stations friends group / may be a phone call or email?

Also ask the train operator who should know

My personal quick look drew a blank - actually for most of the Valley Lines as a whole ... please fill us in if you find user  and / or campaign group(s) around.

I have lived there for 45 years and have never heard of such as Group.   I don't think they seem to exist in the Valleys.

Looking for something completely different, I came across a page listing stations adopted and stations available for adoption in Wales -  https://tfwrail.wales/adopt-station-scheme . Not seeing Caerphilly in either list, and not seeing details of how to contact the groups for the adopted stations ...
