Seaside miniature railway proves it's not immune to rail strikes… as more than 40 volunteers walkout in row with new managers

* The miniature railway at Poole Park has been closed for a number of weeks
* The Dorset tourist attraction is losing thousands of pounds in tourism trade
* Forty volunteers walked out in April after disputes with the new management

Hmm.

Reading through the whole of that particular Daily Mail article (and I did, purely in the interests of our membership Wink

), it seems there is rather more to this story than it appears from their headlines.

I really hope that the wider issues can be resolved, and that the Poole Park Railway can then reopen as soon as possible. Lips sealed
