1  Journey by Journey / Shorter journeys in Devon / Re: access for all at Devon stations report on: April 26, 2024, 02:15:07
In my opinion this forum has become very clicky and administered by bullies,if you don't like the way I post my info, don't read it.

Attack the posting not the poster.

I presume there is an ignore button on this forum for posters,so why not use it?

We can all hide behind a computer with no accountability of who the admin/poster is,

maybe we could have a large photo of who all the moderators are.

Then we can put a face to a name when train/transport meetings are arranged.

So if any one would care to contact me to discuss the above, here is my phone number 0117 336 1668

Oh how I recall seeing all those ten coach sets sat in west Sidings (just after Parson Street train station) (Monday to Friday))

All "disappearing" for the weekend and most returning Sunday night into Monday mornings.

and nothing will change,

will we go back to the "old days" of when all services waited for a late running connections, within reason?

and accountability for delay minutes will be done away with.

5  All across the Great Western territory / Diary - what's happening when? / Re: tram/rail meet up on: April 23, 2024, 19:49:57

Must be an ageing process,as I sometimes struggle to see the fascia on my mobile phone.

Having said that,

even colour TV cameras,

55 years on since introduction struggle to go from bright sunlight to shade in televised live football matches.
8  Journey by Journey / Bristol (WECA) Commuters / Patchway station clear out? on: April 19, 2024, 16:27:12
On the Bristol bound platform side, noticed a lot of the scrap yard like items beyond the rail line boundary have been removed.

Not sure if it could be for new house's or something else.
9  Journey by Journey / Bristol (WECA) Commuters / Bristol Parkway new station pole? on: April 19, 2024, 16:23:16

11  Journey by Journey / Wales local journeys / Re: TFW Future Timetable Consultation on: April 13, 2024, 03:57:09
I presume its an on-line consultation only?

Be nice if there could be a few public meetings,

like TFW did for the blockade on the Chepstow to Gloucester line to stabelise the embankment

Not to mention the meetings held for the amount of new stations that are planned from Severn Tunnel junction to Cardiff line.
