Westbury now reopened, at 02.20.

GWR (Great Western Railway) are forecasting some disruption on Saturday morning as the service is restored.

First time I have ever been referred to as a lark!

Where I am right now, I would definitely be the night owl.

Anyway, I have a hunch about 24.1, but will leave it for when the British owls wake up.

Goodnight!

Yep, I am on a cruise, but at the moment I am 9.5 hours behind UK (United Kingdom) time! So I appeal against disqualification!

9.5 Hours because in a few hours we arrive in Nuka Hiva in French Polynesia, which, being French, has to be 30 minutes different!

In a few days time, we shall cross the Date Line, and then I will be ahead of you, and you can disqualify me if you like, but I don't think I shall care too much!!!!

15.3 Severn Beach.

I have to say that I was impressed that Graham posted this question at about 3.20 in the morning (can't be entirely sure). The only excuse that I have for replying so quickly is that I am somewhere in the South Pacific, and decided to check my emails before going for dinner!

She was complaining about the lack of customer service, despite having just been helped through a ticketing problem and the gates by a GWR (Great Western Railway) customer services assistant!

I suspect that Channel 5 deliberately set out to portray this. First she gets great customer service. Then she complains about customer service. There are some people who will complain, whatever happens, because that is in their mind set.

Well done Channel Five, for showing the reality of life in the front line.

15  All across the Great Western territory / Across the West / "Great Western Railway accounts breached" - BBC on: April 11, 2018, 15:41:33
Report from the BBC» (British Broadcasting Corporation - home page):

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-43725640

Apparently, hackers have been accessing customer accounts at GWR (Great Western Railway).com, probably using stolen passwords. GWR detected the illegal access and have requested all users to reset their password.
