They have spare stock (142's) and crew must be trained by now so why not use them?  A 142 is better than short formed. |

I thought all Devon MEtro were currently booked 2 car There is a couple of 153's that attach/deattach to the busy services, but the 153's often end up running by themselves. |

Not sure what this Devon metro tosh is, but...
The 'Triangle (of doom)' as better known is a difficult one as some parts of the route need extra capacity at x whilst need very little at y.
