Maidenhead to Paddington HSTs

Just looking at National rail website to see if the Olympics is going to affect my trains..

I usually check if a train is an HST^▸ (High Speed Train) or not by looking at the details and seeing if it says it has a buffet/catering...

There are 3 HSTs only that pick up at Maidenhead in the morning.. The 6.43, 7.08 and 8am departures.. Only the 7.08am shows a buffet/catering going forward..

I am hoping that the other two trains are still HSTs but that there is no catering on them (which shows a fatal flaw in my system) but I have no way of finding out..Does anyone here know and can tell me?

Also is there any easy way of finding out what type of train each train is in general and also how many carriages when it is a turbo?

I'd put a large amount of money on there being no change to the type of train on those services throughout the Olympics.

Adelantes and HSTs have different timing loads. HSTs are timed as HST125s. 180s are timed at 125mph DMUs^▸ (Diesel Multiple Unit). Timing load only shows how the timings have been calculated though rather than what is actually booked for the service. For example all FGW^▸ (First Great Western) 180 services, until December at least, are timed as 75mph Class 165/1s or 166s. All three booked HSTs to Maidenhead are running in their standard December 2011 to December 2012 booked timings over the Olympic period which suggests no changes. The only difference I can see if that 08:00 departure from Maidenhead forms an additional 0542 London Paddington to Slough fast service on its way to Oxford, instead of running empty the whole way. That additional service is timed for an HST though, which adds to the weight that it will be an HST. All the ECS^▸ (Empty Coaching Stock) movements associated with the Maidenhead HSTs run to and from Old Oak Common which is the HST depot as well.

Turbos are actually timed at 90mph. Is it not the Chiltern variants that are limited to 75?

Ah yes, I meant to put 90mph. Chilterns are timed as 165/0s, which are 75mph. FGWs^▸ (First Great Western) are timed as 165/1s and 166s, which are 90mph.

So no one has any ideas (yet) on finding out how many carriages each turbo might be? That would be such useful information....Which I guess is why it's not published anywhere?
