Santa will be riding on the TransWilts train once again this year - we're very lucky to have him on the 17:25 train from Melksham to Swindon, returning to Melksham by 18:44.

Tickets on sale at Melksham TIC (Tourist Information Centre) - 8 pounds for an adult and 4 pounds for a child.   Includes presents from Santa, minced pies for the adults, and a great time for all.  See [here] for more details.

P.S. We'll also have ticket collection facilities from around 17:00 on the evening - if you don't live in Melksham, let me know that you'll be coming and we can put tickets aside.   We ask for the age of each boy or girl so that Santa can be well prepared.

Just three tickets left (with me rather than the TIC (Tourist Information Centre)) ... we're limited by the number of children that Santa can see in the time, and the number we can have safely on the platform at Melksham. Thanks from MRDG» (Melksham Railway Development Group - about) to FGW (First Great Western) for ensuring that the train will have an extra carriage that evening - good example of how it should work.
