the 22:47 is delayed (again) - only one line running between Exeter St Davids and Taunton.

Anyway, does the CIS (Customer Information System) need to be quite so enthusiastic about telling us this nearly every 90 seconds or so. It's incredibly irritating because it can't seem to decide if it's 48, 39, 47, 44, 46 or 51 minutes late. My money is on it not showing up at all Roll Eyes Angry Cheesy Tongue Lips sealed

And now I have started recording the poxy thing on my iPhone it's magically decided to be quiet Spoke too soon! twice in 3 minutes. It's been like this for the past half and hour Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry

The reason it keeps announcing it is because its estimates keep changing. It will do a new announcement every time it thinks the train will arrive later or earlier.

Well it will say delayed, but that has a different meaning. Delayed generally means the train isn't moving at all. With an estimated time the train is usually on its way.
