Go here to find a petition on the Government website to get FGW (First Great Western) removed from the Franchise as they are so inadequate :

Come on, it IS partly First's problem.

The Dft are to blame for service/stock cuts, but FGW (First Great Western) are responsible for the staff shortages, operation etc.

Maybe so but stripping them of the franchise will put everything back by five years, things such as the Transwilts improvements, any more units etc etc.
