Congratulations to all the very worthy winners last night.   Full reports to follow of the ACoRP (Association of Community Rail Partnerships) AGM (Annual General Meeting) and national awards.  A number of Coffee Shop members were at the event - which was a fantastically useful way to say "thank you" to many people, and to network with a very wide range of people all of whom had community rail on their mind for the day.

Not many short-listed entries from FGW (First Great Western) land.

But then FGW is just one of quite a few franchises.    The winner's list is here now ...

http://www.acorp.uk.com/Assets/CRA%202014/CRA%202014%20WinnersBooklet%20-%20email%20version.pdf

and you'll see some victories / awards there in "FGW land"  Grin Grin
- Torquay Station Garden
- Riveieraline.com
- Love Looe Campaign
- Avocet (Branch line from Exeter to Exmouth) Line Rail Users Group
- Rebuilding of Dawlish Station
(and I've been through the .pdf by hand so apologies to any that I missed)

5 awards out of around 40 - one eighth of the prizes - is pretty good going - WELL DONE to those people, and the partnership, that got them!
