I understand that one of the best ways to put on weight is to grab yourself one of those fancy coffees with cream and chocolate on your way to the station - up to 600 calories per cup.

Perhaps I should not post this in "The LIGHTER side"?

True coffee drinkers enjoy Expressos and Americanos without milk, and these are close to 0 calories!

I'll ease off FGW▸ (First Great Western) a bit these days now that others seem to understand the base of a lot of my threads.

I will say that whilst most of FGW train crew do a good job, in ever more differcult circumstances, the FGW rostering office doesn't work, it's roster errors that cause much of the public misery with cancelled trains.

On the drinks side, First Great Western Smoothie Shop would work!!!!
