Sadly, not FGW (First Great Western), but FCC (First Capital Connect). Their quarterly online chat attracts a goodly number of sensible questions, some "you're never going to satsify me but I'm going to keep on arguing anyway" questions, and a large number of rather cranky spotter questions, which the Engineering Director patiently answers.

But fair play to Elaine Holt and her team. Mind you they're getting additional rolling stock in the next year, but they've had their own fair share of problems and criticism since taking over the franchise.

What do you reckon, the Andrew and Andrew show on FGW's website.

FCC (First Capital Connect) customers appear to be welcoming to that.

FGW (First Great Western) did their meet the manager session at Oxford so you could speak to actual people and got told they should be focussing on running a service. I don't think FGW will win with passengers either way.
