Thank you for sharing. I have to admit there were a couple of concepts I struggled with, which were:

1) The concept of car drivers stopping at red lights. The author has obviously not experienced the Robin Hood Roundabout in Newbury (which hasn't been a roundabout for a long time)

2) The idea of NR» (Network Rail - home page) accelerating a project so it knocks years off the delivery date....not sure about that one!
