Does anyone know an email address for a complaint to First Kernow. Otherwise it will end up going straight to the MD.

Just like GWR (Great Western Railway) the email address on their vehicles return undeliverable.
Their website is down.
The email address on their Facebook page is undeliverable

These are the guilty email addresses.

If I were you I would just send to their MD. if the correct channels are not open then he or she ought to know about that.

I also find direct contact to board level senior management often results in a more rapid and better response than the normal complaint channels via a customer service department.

I've just done this. Alex Carter's email address is in public domain and works!
I think it may be best to him anyway based on the seriousness of the issue.

You can find out more about how this forum works [here] - that will link you to a copy of the forum agreement that you can read before you join, and tell you very much more about how we operate.
