Lots of "cancelled throughout due to unknown cause related to a freight operating company (FZ)."
Lots of people milling around at interconnecting stations waiting for transport

From Get Reading

Rail passengers are faced severe delays on the trains on Saturday morning after a broken down freight train at Mortimer.
The incident took place at around 10.30am on Saturday, October 22.

This affected those using Cross Country between Southampton Central / Bournemouth and Manchester Piccadilly / Newcastle, and Great Western Railway between Basingstoke and Reading .
Trains were amended, cancelled or delayed by up to 80 minutes.
As a result, replacement road transport was requested.

The disruption lasted until 1pm.
