I loved it ... I would rather not over-quote when I refer to articles elsewhere - my personal habit is just enough to achieve minimal critical review then allow the full thing to be viewed as intended by the original author.

We've has a couple of instances in the last few days where links have been posted to content which some would not want their son / daughter / niece / nephew to view or read over their shoulder on a train. That's fine, provided that there's some sort of flag that's going to suggest that there's something that may be PG at the link, and that the original PG material isn't going to show up out of the blue when someone calls up recent posts when squashed on the 19:03 from Paddington.

It is always a tough call when quoting given that the forum is also something of a historical record.  If you don't quote enough and the original article is moved or deleted a thread can make no sense at all in the years to come.
