20:04 Plymouth to London Paddington due 00:05 will be terminated at Exeter St Davids.
It will no longer call at Tiverton Parkway, Taunton, Westbury, Chippenham, Swindon, Didcot Parkway, Reading and London Paddington.
This is due to a shortage of train drivers.

17:31 Penzance to London Paddington due 23:28 will be terminated at Exeter St Davids.
It will no longer call at Tiverton Parkway, Taunton, Castle Cary, Westbury, Pewsey, Newbury, Reading and London Paddington.
This is due to a shortage of train managers.

Strikes me you have one complete crew there ... so perhaps we'll see a train re-instated?

Depends on the break period - if the Driver of the later train is still on break, they might still both be terminated short, for example

One would hope so but more likely both sets of customers will be crammed into one train at Exeter to continue their journeys (after waiting around in the freezing cold for a while)

Those familiar with the usual hideous overcrowding on London bound Westcountry services on Sundays will sympathise with the plight of what those involved have to look forward to.

Just as well as these two trains, bar the sleeper, are the last to London.
