I'm fairly certain - having looked at the FGW (First Great Western) updates this week, that so far, it is not operated its whole journey.

Monday (I think) terminated at Oxford due to a passenger taken ill; yesterday started at Worcester  and today likewise.

It seems that once a week on average, it starts in Worcester

Starting from Worcester Shrub Hill today (25th March) as well. Previous journey delayed by broken down train.

Today the 13.51 from Paddington to Malvern was terminated at Didcot because of a train fault, which would explain why the 17.06 from Malvern didnt start there as that is it's retunr journey.
