It was obviously confused as it left Paddington at 1953 instead of Reading. Should be with you any minute now.

Terminating at Oxford however...

20:19 Oxford to Great Malvern due 22:11

An additional train service has been planned to operate as shown 20:19 Oxford to Great Malvern due 22:11 run on 18/03/08.

But doesn't help for those from London who are expected Oxford at 20:46

First in my bad books today. Late to office due to broken down slow track bus. Couldn't get 1752 from RDg. Went for 1852 but missed by three mind due to congestion. Been here on plat 4 ever since - expected eta home is 2330

But left at 2042, so I presume Mookie that it waited for you?

No! Followed advice of train crew as no one knew of the additional train at that point so I have just got on at RDF on the 2052!

And the live departure boards are screwed as there is no sign of us on the OXF» (Oxford - next trains) board but we are crawling into the station as I type

Unless we are the service from Pad that is also supposed to be terminating - in which case I want a hotel room in oxford at FGW (First Great Western) expense!

LDB shows the 20:52 as running, granted it's about 15minutes late.

Yep - its there on the Worcester one now but it WASNT on the oxford one as we went into oxford.

I'm so tired (was on the 0545 this morning) about all my brain can do is post here and monitor LBD !!!!!!!  Not the best way to spend 1hr 50 minutes !

At least working from home tomorrow

Apparently the 1921 off Pad was delayed due to prats and pillocks refusing to move from carriage E which had no power - FGW (First Great Western) should be able to take the names and addresses of each individual that was being a knob and sue them - or at least allow delayed passengers to sue them!
