Every week should be rail safety week.  However, let's put a spike into the publicity every so often to help reach more people.   

I am - disappointed - by the number of things I see and think "it only needs ... to go wrong".  And discouraged at times by how difficult it is to point out quite serious risks to people in a positive way.  Won't stop my trying (and trying to be more effective) in those serious cases.
