0% I would suggest, as anyone wishing to travel from Exeter to BTM^▸ (Bristol Temple Meads (strictly, it should be BRI)) will use a Cross Country service rather than one stopping at 11 stations.

I expect it only ran so that the unit was correctly placed for next working.

I do wonder what the next working was though - there were no delays on GW^▸ (Great Western) services starting from Temple Meads!

Dunno what the next working at BTM^▸ (Bristol Temple Meads (strictly, it should be BRI)) was, but I can tell you the allocated unit was 150127 so perhaps someone else can tell us. I believe the train crew that bring up the 06.00 from Exeter then do a BTM  - Cardiff and return.
