Delays to services between Chippenham and Westbury
Following a fault with the signalling system earlier today between Chippenham and Westbury the line has now reopened.
Train services running through these stations are returning to normal. Disruption is expected until 08:30 29/10. |

This is due to a shortage of train crew. |

They could be, but for the fact that the parts of the SW have some of the highest Covid rates in the country, which may also be behind the staff shortages. The Pandemic is not over whatever Boris says. |
