Recent changes ... I have written an update / briefing bullet points on where we stand on public and sustainable transport to, from and through Melksham.  Shared at http://grahamellis.blog/blog144.html and mirrored at http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/mirror/mkm_transport_snapshot.pdf

Writing this up reminded me just how complex the whole thing is, how much has been changing, and how much can / should be done as we move forward.   Also good to see a handful of newcomers locally who are taking changes that support zero carbon and public and sustainable transport forward - the agendas being very much in parallel.

It says something about how much is happening when GBR▸ (Great British Railways) - big though it is - gets reduced to a single line on a 3 page document!

A reminder of how relatively poor through services are from Melksham.   Using the recent A to Z addition to Tiger.

First line - the five towns of West Wilts (in order of population, biggest first)
Second line - some other minor and nearby stations.
