Only found out about this just before it started, but I'm reliably informed that a recording will appear on the site (free registration required) within 24 hours from now.

The Rail Reform: One Year On event marks the one-year anniversary since the publication of the Williams-Shapps Plan for Rail. We will be taking this opportunity to look back on the excellent progress made in the last year towards delivering the vision set out in the White Paper.

One year ago, following the William’s Rail Review, the Williams-Shapps Plan for Rail set out the Government’s commitment to transforming the rail sector for the better. Keith Williams listened to the sector and drew up a vision for improving the system for everyone involved.  Since then, a vast amount of progress has been made across the rail sector to realise these ambitious reforms.

During the Rail Reform: One Year On event, we will explore progress on themes such as the long-term future of the railways and driving growth in the rail freight market. We will hear from Ministers on their highlights so far and priorities going forward.

This event is being delivered by the Rail Transformation Programme, made up of the Department for Transport and the Great British Railways Transition Team. We’re keen to see our partners in the rail sector attend the event and encourage you to make use of the opportunities to share your views. The transformation can only be delivered if we work together, as a sector, to deliver the biggest reform to railway in three decades.

We look forward to seeing you there!
