Wiltshire Council to allow concessionary passes all day for six months

Calling all concessionary pass holders... To celebrate Catch the Bus Month, and to encourage bus travel, Wiltshire Council are allowing concessionary pass holders to travel for free all the time, including before 0930 and after 2300!

Pass holders can enjoy the removal of the time restriction from 1 September 2022, all the way until 31 March 2023.

Excellent. Do you know if that applies to cross-boundary buses such as those starting in Bath and heading into Wiltshire?

It applies to where you join the bus. I understand that there's a similar scheme in Somerset (the main bit); not sure about BaNES and the rest of the WECA^» area, who's website states just the statutory 09:30 to 23:00, anytime Saturday or Sunday rule.

For local residents in WECA^» the use is from 0900, so will probably apply to others
