The next two days ... I'll be out and about on a Severn and Solent rover.  Any advice as to the service most likely to be class 34 powered (Castle or XC (Cross Country Trains (franchise)) HST (High Speed Train)).    Old time's sake - main topic of the rover is to update my wider knowledge and library first hand.

I saw IE63 1527 Plymouth to Leeds HST (High Speed Train) thunder through Longbridge Station last Friday (16th), which made me very happy as I sat on a train heading to Redditch.

This service is due at Bristol TM(resolve) at around 1730.  It's not always an HST - 8 car Voyager rubbish booked for the job today, for example

You’ll find this information on the wnxx forum, in the Cross Country HSTs (High Speed Train) and GW (Great Western) HST GTis threads.
