This looks like the railway overbridge at the junction of Connection Road & Lower Bristol Road in Twerton.

Yup! I was wondering if it was at the west end of the raised bit at Twerton which it sort of is. There was a team working on one of the strange little houses beneath the structure there too including external pointing. I suspect the intention wasn't to turn it back into a dwelling though.

Ah, it was visible earlier but not now. The image is hosted on Postimages - here's its address, which isn't going to help as it will not load from *that* at the moment so perhaps Postimages has an issue.
