From Transport Focus

Quote
Transport User Voice March 2024 – Rail passengers rate their service
29 February 2024

Rail passenger satisfaction overall has fallen from 88 per cent to 81 per cent in Transport Focus’s latest Rail User Survey.

Oh dear ...

Quote
The railway as a whole needs to drive higher standards and deliver them more consistently. Transport Focus will continue to use the evidence from the survey to monitor passengers’ experiences and work with train companies to improve reliability and passenger information.

Agreed.

I did get a lengthy questionnaire handed out on a Heart of Wessex service ca 1.5 months ago. It did appear to be GWR (Great Western Railway) specific only so I am unsure if this is relevant to Transport Focus. I would also doubt the data has been processed so quickly.

I completed one on a journey from Templecombe to Exeter a few weeks back.

GWR do their own too, so if it was GWR-centric, it was probably theirs
