The link below is to a letter advocating the reinstatement of passenger services to Heathfield, as an extension of local N.A.-Paignton services in a bid to accommodate anticipated road congestion caused by development of the area.

Ummmm the Newton Abbot to Paignton services run mostly from Exeter or Exmouth!

The site of Heathfield station is right on the A38 so would make an ideal Park and Ride for Newton Abbot, Torquay, Paignton!!

But yeah, its never gonna happen!!

Rather a long walk to/from Trago Mills if you have bought a full trolley load I would have thought, unless they are going to re-route their narrow guage line to run to Heathfield... Shocked

Isn't there already some kind of bus service to Trago from Newton Abbot?
