The Cornwall Food and Drink Festival starts tomorrow in Truro. It is all centred around the Lemon Quay area, which is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the station, through the heart of Truro.

For more information visit the event website at www.cornwallfoodanddrinkfestival.com

There are plenty of trains to choose from, on Friday catch either the 0821, 1043 or 1252, on Saturday there is even more choice with the 0825, 1010, 1043 or 1252 and finally on Sunday there are trains at 1041 and 1124.

All these services are off peak with a day return Saltash to Truro being just ^7.50 or ^4.95 with a railcard. You can also use GroupSave so that 3 or 4 travel for the price of two adults, so 3 or 4 for just ^15, for an Off Peak Day Return.
