 Wednesday 04th February 2009. 
First Great Western are pleased to advise that all services will return to a normal timetable with the exception of the Greenford branch line which will remain closed for the duration of the day and the following services which will not operate:- 
07:28 Bourne End to London Paddington
08:28 Bourne End to London Paddington         
17:42 London Paddington to Bourne End
18:42 London Paddington to Bourne End
07:09 Henley on Thames to LondonPaddington 
07:43 Henley on Thames to LondonPaddington   
17:12 London Paddington to Henley on Thames
18:12 London Paddington to Henley on Thames 
19:06 London Paddington to Henley on Thames
Further Information:
Bourne End/Marlow branch will operate to a Saturday service.
Henley on Thames line will operate to a Saturday service.
Newquay Branch line will be closed until Friday 06th February.
Ticket Restrictions:
All tickets dated Tuesday 03rd February will be valid on Wednesday 04th February.
Standard ticket restrictions will return from Wednesday 04th February 2009

Nobody I've spoken to has come up with a plausible reason as to why the Greenford's aren't running. Anyone know?

04/02/09 Network Rail are not pleased to advise that the Meteorological Office has informed them that around a foot of snow is likely to fall tonight in various places (unable to say exactly where) between Slough to Exeter; Slough to Swansea; Oxford to Worcester; and Exeter to Worcester and everything in between.

Network Rail staff have been put on alert and are planning to go into work at around 3am.
