I would have said the Looe Valley Branch, but as you have said it's in Devon so i'm out of suggestions!

My first instinct (before I even saw G.Uard's post) was Whimple.

It's not anywhere on the Tarka▸ (Line from Barnstaple to Exeter) Line.  Crediton is still a great tearoom.

First guess Whimple, second (wild) guess, North Tawton?

Is it Axminster by any chance Relex??
