Several times I've seen a Totnes-Plymouth BUS service on the arrivals board at Plymouth - even though trains are running with no engineering.  What is this service?

cant give a definate answer but i saw some silly automated massages and anouncements at plymouth on wednesday, some stations do advertise buses, it may be a legacy of the beeching era replacing some kind of lost service, it may be the intermediate stops that the bus covers
