From the FGW^▸ (First Great Western) website :

First Great Western is currently working in partnership with Devon County Council to trial a new scheme, the Devon Access Wallet, on all of its train services.

The scheme has been developed to help make travelling by train easier for anyone with communication difficulties, people with disabilities, deaf people and those whose first language is not English.

I am surprised South West Trains are not mentioned as being one of the partners in the partnership considering the services they operate in Devon, or is it a case a Stagecoach Devon acting for SWT^▸ (South West Trains) which is only another division of the Stagecoach Empire.
